Jimmer jumped up to a tie for 4th in this week’s rankings while also sporting the biggest improvement in average score for the week.
Kyrie holds on to the top spot with Isaiah Thomas secured in the second position.

Rookie Rankings: Through 3/5/2012

Isaiah gained the most in the past month since our last ranking. He swapped spots with Ricky Rubio going from number 4 to number 2 and lowered his average score over one point.
Jimmer’s score increased (a negative in these rankings) yet he held on to the number 5 spot in our rookie rankings.

Rookie Rankings: Through 2/7/2012

The Rankings 1-8 did not change although the average scores did.
Jimmer improved his score despite only playing two games. Isaiah Thomas stayed one spot ahead of Jimmer and Kyrie Irving held on to the top spot.

Highlights From 2/7/2012
Highlights of Jimmer’s 13 point performance last night:
There was a stretch where he was responsible for 15 straight points (three 3s, an assist, a layup and a 21 foot jumper).
He also met all of his goals by shooting 62.5% from the field, 60.0% from three, he was +12, scored every 1.31 minutes, had an assist every 5.67 minutes, a steal every 8.5 minutes and also had a 3 to 1 assist/turnover ratio.

He was on from the outside and played well off the ball. He also did a better job distributing than his 3 assists would suggest.
